    We recommend a plan and prepare the contract and data processing agreement.

    We move mailboxes, websites and domains. The DNS switch happens outside business hours.

    We handle security, backups and updates. You get a report every quarter.

FAQ

Where exactly is my data?

On the pvec1 and pvec2 Kubernetes clusters Fisherman Labs runs in the Spoje.net datacentre in Prague. Backups are encrypted and kept outside the production cluster: primarily at vpsFree.cz, secondarily in a private mini-DC in Prague 5 – Košíře.

Can I get just email?

hoering.cz is deliberately one bundle: website, email and chat together. If you need something different, get in touch and we’ll work it out.

What is the SLA?

Start, Business and Pro come with an 8×12 SLA on business days. Enterprise comes with a 24×7 SLA. Exact terms are in the contract.

What if we grow?

You can move up a plan at any time. We add resources without migrating your data.

How long does switching take?

Depending on company size, usually a few days to two weeks after signing.

Am I locked in?

Pay monthly, or yearly with 10% off. Termination and data handover terms are spelled out in the contract.
